March 12, 2024, marked the start of construction work on the new OIV office building in Zadar. On that occasion, the President of the Management Board Mate Botica and the member of the Management Board Denis Nikola Kulišić visited the site at Gaženička cesta bb.

On this location a business building with storage space will be built, and the construction is planned in three phases.

During his welcome speech, Botica thanked the representatives of the city of Zadar, led by Mayor Dukić, for their understanding of OIV's business needs and excellent cooperation in the past period. At the same time, he pointed out that this is just one of a series of investments by OIV that create prerequisites for an even better customer service and emphasized the importance of this regional center for the future development of the company and the employment of local residents.

The total value of the investment is around 2.3 million euros, and with it OIV will get a modern logistics center in northern Dalmatia that will be key to supporting the company's continuous growth as well as raising the quality and working conditions, thus emphasizing the company's commitment to the expansion strategy, decentralization and strengthening of business capacities, efficiency, and productivity.
